Centralis Development Solutions
Building Homes for Life

Centralis Development Solutions is a residential development and development management business operating in Warwickshire and the surrounding areas. We progress schemes from inception through to completion and sale: including sourcing, evaluating and securing sites, taking them through planning, and building them out as principal developer or selling the land to another party. In addition to undertaking our own projects, we offer development services to third party clients drawing upon extensive experience in construction and development as well as a comprehensive contact base of local experts to support.

Our work includes barn conversions, listed buildings, sensitive sites in conservation areas and new-build schemes. Each property is designed with a high attention to detail and incorporating premium materials and fittings with the aim of delivering high quality bespoke homes.

What we do

• Land and planning: we have a strong track record of taking sites from initial concept through the often challanging planning process to secure the best scheme possible to maximise the value for all parties concerned including landowner partners.

• Development: acting as main contractor we build out projects sourced either off-market or on the open market if they can meet our design standards.

• Development management: the core team have over 50 years combined experience in development and construction and offer development management services to public and private sector clients.

• Feasibility assessments and advice: having advised on 100’s of millions of pounds worth of site acquisitions during our careers, we support public and private sector clients on land acquisition and strategy.

If you have land with potential, a scheme that needs delivering, or you want to invest alongside an experienced team, we’d like to hear from you.
