Centralis Development Solutions is a multi disciplinary construction and development firm operating in the Midlands, Warwickshire and surrounding areas.

Founded by Rob Atkins BSc (hons) CIOB and Mark Winslow BSc (hons) MSc MRICS, the company’s directors have 40 years combined experience in the UK construction and property industry.

The company provides consultancy advice to Tier 1 contractors, developers and public sector organisations as well as undertaking development projects as a JV partner or principle developer.

The company’s consultancy focus is to provide expert advice and management in all technical aspects of construction to effectively realise the project brief whilst meeting cost and build programme requirements. The company directors draw on their own extensive experience and a wide network of professionals.

We have been involved in the delivery of a wide variety of projects including open market and affordable residential, carehomes and extra care facilities, large ‘Build-to-Rent’ projects, student accomodation blocks and industrial facilities. We have also been involved with a range of refurbishment projects including office and residential blocks, facade replacement and more recently Building Safety Act remediation works.

On the development side of the business, we focus on securing off-market opportunities and working closely with our architect and other consultants to maximise the potential of a site to the benefit of all parties. We have a portfolio of projects making their way through the planning process and have sucessfully promoted a number of sites. We also selectively develop on-market opportunities where there is potential to add value.

We are keen to build long-term relationships with landowners, contractors and development funders.
